1. Who we are

Moginet CRM is a web-based CRM and marketing platform used to manage leads, sales opportunities, customer conversations, forms, landing pages, automations, campaigns and reports in a multi-tenant environment.

2. Data we process

The platform may process contact information, lead details, messages, sales pipeline information, form submissions, campaign metadata and reporting data connected by each organization.

3. Integration data

Integration data is used only to operate the CRM and provide internal dashboards and reports requested by the authorized organization. Google access is granted through OAuth. Tokens are protected on the backend and are not displayed to users in manual fields.

4. Google User Data

When an authorized user connects a Google account to Moginet CRM through Google OAuth, Moginet CRM may access limited Google user data depending on the permissions granted by the user and the features enabled for their organization.

Google user data accessed by Moginet CRM

Moginet CRM requests the following Google OAuth scopes: OpenID, email, profile, Google Analytics read-only, Google Search Console read-only and Google Ads API access. Depending on the connected resources and enabled features, Google user data accessed by Moginet CRM may include:

• Basic Google account information, such as the user's email address and profile information, used to identify the connected account.
• Google Analytics property and reporting data, such as sessions, active users, new users, total users, engagement, page views, events and top page performance.
• Google Search Console site and reporting data, such as clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, pages and search query performance.
• Google Ads account and reporting data, such as accessible customer accounts, campaign names, campaign channel type, cost, impressions, clicks, CTR, average CPC, conversions, cost per conversion and conversion value, when the Google Ads API is enabled and authorized.
• Google Ads lead form related metadata and lead counts received through the CRM's configured lead form integration, when that feature is enabled by the organization.

How Moginet CRM uses Google user data

Moginet CRM uses Google user data only to provide reporting, analytics, lead attribution and CRM insights inside the platform for the organization that authorized access. Google data is displayed in internal CRM dashboards, reports and integration status screens for authorized users of that organization.

Moginet CRM does not use Google user data to create, edit, pause, delete or manage Google Ads campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, targeting, keywords or campaign settings.

Google user data sharing and disclosure

Moginet CRM does not sell Google user data. Moginet CRM does not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

Google user data may be processed only by Moginet CRM systems and authorized service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, database, security, logging and infrastructure providers, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Google user data protection and security

Google user data is stored and processed with security measures designed to protect sensitive data, including access controls, organization-level isolation, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens and secrets, HTTPS in transit, server-side permission checks, audit logs and restricted administrative access.

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are not displayed to end users. Technical credentials such as Client Secrets, Developer Tokens and access tokens are never shown in the user interface and are not logged.

Data retention and deletion

Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the CRM features requested by the organization, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and support business operations.

User control and revocation

Users or organization administrators may disconnect their Google account from Moginet CRM or revoke access through their Google Account permissions page. After disconnection or revocation, Moginet CRM will stop accessing new Google user data from that account.

Users may request deletion of their data by contacting Moginet at the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

5. No sale of data

Moginet CRM does not sell customer, lead, advertising or integration data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, security and communication providers only as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Security and access

The platform uses organization-level isolation, user permissions and backend handling for sensitive credentials. Access to connected services depends on authorization granted by the customer organization.

7. Removal and revocation

Customers may request data removal, access revocation or reconnection according to the platform operation and applicable legal requirements. OAuth access can also be revoked by the customer through their Google account controls.
